The hotel staff offered superb service. They promptly addressed any issues I had. The room included soft linens. I liked the well-kept fitness center. It provided modern equipment for a complete workout.
The elevator system was somewhat slow. It sometimes led to short waits. The soundproofing in the room could be improved. I sometimes heard noise from adjacent rooms. The minibar prices seemed high. They were noticeably more expensive than nearby shops.

The staff was helpful, especially regarding local attractions. The room offered a amazing view, and i enjoyed the morning light. DAVID was SOOO patient and helped us book trains. The location was PERFECT for exploring.

The hotel's location proved wonderfully charming. This lively neighborhood is full of spots for exploration. The metro access makes it simple to get around and see all the major sights. There are lots of lovely cafes just outside the hotel.

The check-in process was efficient. Our room was spacious. The rooftop restaurant provided a beautiful cityscape view. I also enjoyed coffee several times in the lobby it felt tender.
The shower water did not reach a high temperature. I wished for a hotter shower after long days of walking.

The pillows provided were very INexpensive and lacked comfort. The bed size was also smaller than expected, especially considering I booked a suite. A queen bed was insufficient. I think KING beds with superior pillows and a better comforter would drastically improve the stay. Complimentary water would be a NICE touch too.

this was my first time at the hotel. the rooftop bar offered fantastic views of the city. i particularly enjoyed the efficient check-in process. the staff was always responsive to any requests i had! it was overall a very nice stay.
the elevators were sometimes a bit slow, especially during peak hours.
